Shipping policy

Items are shipped with a current tat of 15-20 business days & 4-6 weeks for purses & custom orders. A tracking number will be provided once label has been created. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or missing/stolen packages. If a package has not arrived within the given time frame, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.
